The candidate will be responsible for:
- supervising the injection and assembly process of plastic components
- analysis and optimization of production process parameters in terms of quality, productivity, reduction of production costs and development of process control methods
- controlling and supervising employees in terms of compliance of the manner of performing tasks with the applicable documentation, procedures and regulations
- ensuring the continuity of the production process
- improving the standards and system of work throughout the factory together with other engineers / technologists
- identifying critical process points and ensuring their proper control
- preparing reports on the course of production processes
We expect candidates:
- higher technical education
- experience in working in a similar position
- good command of spoken and written English
- knowledge of the quality system ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- knowledge of machines, devices and technologies used in the processing of plastics
- practical knowledge of production and quality management tools (ISO system, TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing – 5S)
- ability to make decisions
- dynamism and resistance to stress
- availability, responsibility
